Here's what I believe about authenticity at work

I’ve been thinking lately that I want to help you get to know me more. I think if you know the beliefs that I have, it’ll make my content more clear, and it’ll make the things I suggest to you in my books, on this blog, and in videos just make more sense. You might understand the intent I have, and that might help you to navigate the process of applying them.

Anyway, that’s been on my mind, and I was wondering just what belief to start with first. I sat down and made a list of the things that drive my decisions and the things I say, and it got pretty long. What to talk about first?

And then YouTube gave me my answer. Over just a few days, while I was browsing around for fun videos to watch, I started seeing TONS of videos about a certain celebrity. This person always advocates for a certain quality, and encourages us to show it. And from what I gather, this person doesn’t always possess that quality, and now people are turning.

I don’t want to say who it is or give specifics, because I didn’t spend any time looking into it, and I don’t know what’s true and what’s not, and I don’t really care. But it did help me to pick my first topic, because I do have an opinion about the subjects of authenticity and hypocrisy and I’m really excited to share it!
